Preparation

• To avoid forgetting to pack something, create a master camping checklist. Add to the list as necessary. - Cheryl Mininger
   
• Shower curtains and heavy plastic are a must when unexpected showers happen. Always prepare for rain!
   
• Always bring a First Aid Kit just in case someone is hurt.
   
• Bring fever reducer for children's unexpected illness and tweezers for splinters. - Sheila Brody
   
• Bring a skillet to vary the grill menu a little more.
   
• Instead of using Deet (it's harmful), try bug candles and Avon's Skin So Soft - you will be glad you did! - Dave
